Balloria is a slightly baked stringy dough crust bottom to top, filled and rich with pistachio.

Ingredients: Pistachio (50%), Shredded Pastry, Butter, Vegetable Oil, Honey Syrup (Sugar, Glucose, Honey, Lemon Juice) Corn Flour, Salt.
