Important Customer Update
The pandemic across the world needs no further introduction. We’re working hard to keep spreading positivity throughout this period. This time has truly highlighted our constant appreciation for everyone that works at the NHS and the incredible work they do day in day out, and in a time of national crisis like this, they continue to put their lives on the line. In keeping our valued staff and customers safe during this period we have made some temporary changes.
Online Store – UK Delivery.
Our online store makes it simple to buy the finest Baklawa and Mediterranean Sweets for UK delivery directly to your home.
Click on the link below to place an order. Orders are processed Monday to Friday for delivery within 3 working days.
Patisserie and Groceries – Open to the public.
Monday to Sunday 10am to 10pm
Our opening times are revised for the Patisserie and Baklawa Hall at 28 Abbey Road, Park Royal, London NW10 7SB. We are pleased to announce the introduction of an Essentials Grocery Counter stocked with household essentials for your convenience. Please follow the guidelines on social distancing when visiting the store for essential purchases.
Restaurant 28 – Open to the public for Takeaway Only.
Delivery through Deliveroo and UberEats
Monday to Sunday 12 noon to 10pm
We will only be serving food for Takeaway from our restaurant. We are working with our delivery partners Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Please use the links to order food with contactless delivery from our kitchens to your front door.
Shisha Lounge, Fine Dining and Banqueting Hall – CLOSED.
These areas are currently closed until further notice. We do not yet know when we will re-open, but we will continue to assess and monitor the situation and we will post updates every week. Thank you for your support during this difficult time and we all look forward to getting back to normal service.
